My lovely roommate Kadian cooked an amazing birthday dinner for Tammy and let me tag along for the ride! Fresh clams from her coworkers in Cape Cod!!! Delicious.
Clams steamed in a broth made with pancetta, leeks, white wine, clam juice, cayenne pepper, fresh thyme, corn.
Baby arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and an olive oil/lemon juice dressing.
